Actually everything was quite new, my next choice again in Lucerne. This perfect hotel was clean. The staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, the beds were large.

always a brand new place to stay, appetising food, handy location. i had fabulous room with view, minimum english speaking channels plus a balcony. do n't forget to explore emmenbrucke district. moreover, it was near to cafe.
